The Whitby Esk Energy team decided this year, rather than hosting an open afternoon during Community Energy Fortnight, we would get out and about. Two of our team attended the Community Energy England AGM and conference. The Community Energy State of the Sector 2019 report, to which we contributed, was launched at the conference.
Another member of the team will be attending the Climate and Environment Mass lobby ‘The Time is Now’ in Westminster on 26 June and highlighting the important role of community energy.
