After 2 weeks of downtime and 5 days onsite the turbine is back generating again. Woohoo! We expected 10 days of downtime and 2 days onsite for repairs but we were delayed by leaking stop logs and awkward access for lifting. Many thanks to everyone who helped with this repair. See the blog
The turbine had to be shut down on Friday 20th January 2023 because the bearing at the bottom end of the turbine failed. Great excitement. We have reached the 1GWh milestone today. Later this year, when restrictions allow, we hope to have a celebration event on site.
