As part of Community Energy Fortnight, we invite you to come and have a look round our community hydro site on Thursday 8th September.

River Festival – Sunday 28th August
Come and see us, with our working model of the turbine, at the River Festival on Sunday 28th August at The Moors National Park Centre, Danby.
The event is a celebration of our wonderful and captivating waterways in a free day full of family fun, children’s crafts and passionate river lovers! As well as the free drop-in activities and demonstrations, there are hands-on exhibitions, an art gallery, café and an adventure play area.
This event is organised by Esk and Coastal Streams Catchment Partnership (a partnership between the Yorkshire Esk Rivers Trust and the North York Moors National Park).

Cleveland Institution of Engineers visit site
On a fine evening in June, the CIE visited our community hydroelectric scheme on the river Esk at Ruswarp near Whitby.
